The heavens convert its winter hue

From ash and silver to denim blue.

Cirrus clouds like angels’ wings

Adorn celestial’s loft

As Aurora’s crown beams through

Blizzard’s gust subsides

Gentle breeze embarks its stroll

Chilly and frost to mellow flow

Mother Earth baptized by aerial cascade

Droplets anoint sycamore’s trunk

Its roots nourished by heaven’s stream

Rainbows erupt in sky and below

Lily and maple leaf bloom

Painting the dreary land

The wind ushers a new hymn

Leaves whispering and lilt to its melody

As the weaver bird joins in harmony

Earth and sky celebrates Spring’s Inauguration
